Hello

The switch to turn on the flash uploader is in the upload options under vbgallery admin settings. You will then see on the upload page the select files flash button to select files to upload.

Can you please be more specific on location to turn this on, I can't seem to see it in the gallery "modify settings" there is something for path for ftp for flash but I don't see anything else. Same with tool to merge photo albums on vbulletin system over to vbgallery.

I've looked for radio switch but no idea where.

In your modify settings under section called uploading options its about the 6th section down the page the second option there says this

Use flash uploader?
Turned off by default. This option enables the use of the third-party plugin SWF FLASH UPLOADER.

sorry to dredge up this old thread but I'm not remembering how to set which uploader should appear by default when they are both turned on.

when i go to /gallery/gallery_upload.php - the flash uploader appears by default with the option to switch to standard on the side bar.

Is there a way to have this reversed so the standard appears by default, with the option to switch to flash on the sidebar?

Thanks

If you turn on flash upload then the flash uploader appears by default. They are never both turned on. If a user has problems using flash then that is why a link to use normal is provided however the normal upload is only shown by default if you turn off the flash uploader.
