I ran the import script, all my vBulletin album material successfully transferred into vBGallery, however when I click on any picture from the header display area, it says, "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

etc..."

I checked the Usergroup permissions within vBGallery and Registered users and Admins have gallery viewing privs.

I think you forgot to change the import script to your proper members category number thats why you did not have permissions.

Thanks. How come when I click on a thumbnail it changes the page colors and removes my forum logo (reverts back to default vBulletin logo). Is there a custom template I need to edit?

You needed to set your gallery theme to the same one as the forum

Chuck, I have a moderator that cannot upload pics to a gallery I created. I checked all of her permissions including the moderator usergroup and everything looks line. She receives the message below:

"XXYYZZ, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I can email your her account login details along with the direct gallery URL she is having issues with. Other users can upload to that collection just fine.

Thanks,

You can do that but you also need to send an admin one as well.
