Gallery images in profile, how can I activate global

I want to activate the gallery images in the profiles for all members (same it was before 2.4). How can this be done? Thanks.

You need to set the gallery usergroup permissions for which groups can view that profile block addon and then it should appear for users.

Ok, but what I mean, now the user must enable by himself if the gallery block is shown in his profile or not, by default it's not. But I want to enable this for every user.
