How I do that
 

when my members upload photo, they see this message, how I change this option and make the members watching the photo In the same minute.

Go to ACP, set permissions for registered users.. (I think its) moderate images to no.. then the images are not in moderation queue any more.. and appear immediately

AdminCP => vbGallery => Usergroup Permissions => Registered Users =>

Moderate this group's posts

Those two you want to set to NO.

thank you guys... but still doesn't work!
I did like you said.

1. you have to do it for ALL usergroups
2. it will only work for new images that are uploaded AFTER you did the settings
