Do you have custom navbar templates?

Try it with a reverted template and then under vbgallery install file select reinstall templates etc this should correct your issue.

I do have a custom navbar template, but the thing is I NEED it. All the same, I have followed your instructions and it hasn't worked.

I've also tried inserting the custom $vbgallery into my forumhome template, this didn't work either.

You need to make sure whatever variable is suppose to be in the correct template to be there is your using a custom template thats fine. Also a piece of the equation we have not gone over. If your forumhome block is on under addon settings in admin you must also go to usergroup options under vbgallery admin and set permissions per usergroup. By default the settings per usergroup are no to the addons.

Ah ha! That was the problem, I didn't realise you needed to set permissions for it.

HOWEVER, they're not what I was expecting. I was expecting the 'Featured Photos' thing that THIS forum has. Is that a different Mod? If so where can I get it please?

That is an entirely different program. Thats Photopost Pro not vbGallery. Your forumhome images are much the same thing.
