| usercp error
I get this error when I click on usercp when logged in.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/functions_gallery.php on line 1037
Here is the line in functions_gallery.php it does not like.
foreach ($categoryopts AS $option => $value)
I am using vBgallery 2.43 with vBulletin 3.8 and vBadvanced 3.1.0 with a custom style called blueburst.
Thank you,
JB

I made blueburst the default style. I installed it over the top of the default after I had tested it.

I turned off the gallery and the error went away. I went to the gallery settings and clicked the forum active button to off. Is that what you wanted me to try?
Thank you,
JB

I was referring to the gallery addon settings the profile display turn that off. It is right under the option to show photos on the forumhome in the addon section.

Hi Chuck,
Here is a screen shot of my vBgallery addon section. I don't seem to have a profile display to turn off. I did try disabling the forumhome and the navbar without any improvement.

I just installed a standard vbgallery 2.43 on vb 3.80 and am not seeing any issues.
If you did an upgrade from an older version I would suggest making sure you reupload all the files especially the forum includes directory.

My install was not an upgrade it was a fresh install. I just tried 2 other styles with the site and threw the same error. I did not notice this earlier but the first line to error out is this one.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/modules/vbgallery.php on line 91
Here is line 91 from vbgallery.php
foreach ($gallerypermissionsbit AS $option => $value)
Does this help narrow the problem down?
Thanks for your help,
JB

okay your using a mod that would explain things. We dont have a modules/vbgallery.php file in our downloaded code so there is your issue. I am sure if you remove that mod your site will be fine.

Yes, I have a mod that shows 4 gallery photos on the homepage of vBadvanced.
I wish I would have seen that error earlier, I could have saved us both a lot of time.
Thanks,
JB

Are you sure u are using the latest version of the cmps block for vbgallery? it can be found here in the mod corner.. it works with 3.81 http://www.photopost.com/forum/vb-3-...ery-2-4-a.html

Luciano,
I decided to re-enable the cmps block but only on my home page and now it works fine. Before I had it enabled on my cmps integration wrapper page and my home page.
Thanks for making me think about it a little more, and thanks to Chuck for his hard work and quick response.
That's why photopost is the only gallery we will use here at the hbc noc. |
