Update to 3.8.0 and now vbgallery bug!

what version of vbgallery are you using?????
you need version 2.43 to be able to upgrade to 3.8

Yeah definately looks like some older version please post a link to your gallery for us to see.

the bug is there not!

but in my testversion 3.8.0 the bug is there!

But i just had an idea for your problem:
In your test install open the file gallery_config.php

Check if the forumpath is correct.
now you have:

is this the correct path for your test install???

if no, correct it.. and try if the error persists..

if it is the path, check if the file showthread_query.php is in your includes/vbgallery directory.

If not, then you missed a file to copy, get a fresh 2.43 of vbgallery here and reinstall from scratch!

(btw try with vbulletin 3.81 if the error is still there)

In german if i was unclear:
Das system kann die datei showthread_query.php nicht finden..
entweder hast du einen falschen pfad zu deinem forum in der gallery_config.php datei eingetragen, oder die datei ist nicht da!!! sie sollte sich im verzeichnis forum/includes/vbgallery befinden.. (das ist NICHT das verzeichnis in dem sich die galerie befindet! sondern ein unterverzeichnis im forum/includes verzeichnis) Vielleicht hast du sie beim kopieren vergessen?

und die login daten solltest du nicht öffentlich posten sondern direkt an chuck mailen.. der contact us link ist auf dem ganz menü oben.

@chuck .. no! his site is 3.74.. thats working!
he upgraded to vb 3.80 on a test install.. thats where he got the errors..

ah okay he posted a link to his main site then not the test one. Can you confirm what he is saying on your site? Is he talking about getting errors on his forum threads not vbgallery right? Definatey looks like a path issue to me because the only issue I have seen is the one comment issue that you posted on.
