Few Questions about Photopost & Vbulletin

I have two issues with Photopost running with Vbulletin and I'm not sure how to fix them

1) When I try to log into the photo gallery admin, instead of logging me in to the admin panel it completely logs me out of vbulletin. When I click on the admin login in the photo gallery again it goes right into the admin panel, without a login, even though I am showing logged out of vbulletin.

2) The other issues is when looking at the Who Is Online and when you look at a user profile you get an UNKNOWN location if they are browsing the gallery. I attached a sample of what I see. How can I fix this so it just show they are browsing the gallery?

Thanks!
April

1. are you using photopost pro or vbgallery as it sounds like pro and you have not set cookies correctly. there is a thread posted in the FAQ forum which might help there.

2. If your using pro thats because your talking about vb's whos online and we have no control over their code only our own. there is a modification posted in the photopost mod forum stickied for this.

I have decided to move from the Pro account to the VBgallery. I've read through all the directions and I can't find how I make the switch. Do I just follow the install directions and it will know to move over all the images and settings?

My Pro gallery is not on the same database as my forums, will that cause an issue?

Moving from Pro to vbGallery you install pro as its instructions say and integrate with vb but thats not going to move images etc

They are completely separate products. You would need to use an import script. This one may help

Yes thats correct - thats why you should have had your software install a hook plugin for online_location_process and for online_location_unknown - then this wouldnt be an issue.

I beleive vbgallery already has this.

Photopost Pro as stated in my reply there is a modification or plugin as noted one can download and install. The user here posted a photopost pro question in the vbgallery area.
