Gallery Hierarchy Not Visible

The gallery index/hierarchy is not showing. Attached screenshot shows most recent photos at the top of the page and random photos at the bottom of the page. In the space in between we should see the list of galleries and albums. It has been working fine for months. I just noticed the problem a couple days ago and can't figure out how to fix it.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you upgrade your forum? Have you checked your category permissions in the gallery admin to ensure they are set that the usergroups you wish to be able to view them?

Does running the install and selecting to reinstall templates help?
