| New uploads and post counts not updating after server move
I moved to a new server, and after a few glitches I managed to get photopost vb gallery working, well almost.
When someone replies to a new image, the post count does not change, it remains at zero.
When you click on new posts nothing shows up for the last 5 days except one photo that has been viewed 56 times and has 4,294,967,295 replies. Could it be that this one image has so many replies that my server is plum full?
Seriously, it does show that many responses. any suggestions would be appericated

Reason: I tried to fix the mispelling in the thread title

Why would I say an image that is 5 days old is showing over 4 billion replies if it does not show that number?

What I am saying is have you checked that this is true? Does the image have that many comments or is it only in that portion that the comments number shows this?
Feel free to actually post a link to your site for support thanks.

There are two replies to this one photo. It shows over 4 billion replies.
i repeat, there are only two(2) replies to this perticular image.
Replies 4,294,967,295 as I said, there are only two(2) replies

What revelent information do you need? I have some images that have received replies that show no replies then others that have few replies that show billions of replies.
If you need access to my server, I will state in advance I'm sorry sir, with all due respect, I do not trust you with that information.
I have not been able to find a support ticket system for this site since I became a licensed ower of photopost pro in oh about 2002 or so.

My Outlook took a crap and Carbonite does not do as great a job on backing up email as they claim so I lost all of our correspondence.
If memory serves me correct you were looking into database tables.

I'll just submitt another support ticket. I guess I need to change all the access grants I gave you for my admincp, ftp, root access to my server.
That's why I don't like giving out senstive information, it mostly gets lost and no one remembers what happened to it.
I'll use a gmail account this time saving the email discussion on the gmail server so I won't lose it again.
Thanks

I'm sorry Chuck, I have no desire to publicly post the url to my website, and if that is going to cause me NOT to receive support then please say so here, publicly and we can then move on.
Thank you.

I dont think your understanding. I am asking what is the email you sent us conversation from then I can go look up our prior conversation. This has nothing to do with posting public urls. |

Please Bro, I am not going to post the url to my website on these forums. Look in my profile my email address is yadayadayada@mydomain.com
Thank you.
You can also use the email address I sent a support request to earlier today referencing this excact thread in that support request. I sent that to support at photopost dot com
