I do not think your understanding what I am asking.

The email you emailed us in the helpdesk today is new. The email in your profile on your license has no helpdesk emails associated with it.

I am asking what is the email you emailed us with several weeks ago so I may actually look at the discussion we had and see where it was left off at. You may have lost any correspondence but we have full records of everything so I am simply trying to recall the status of any discussion and once I see where we where I can respond to you with that outcome.

So all I need is that specific email.

This is an open issue which we where discussing an issue not here but on our helpdesk. You have now asked since you lost our prior discussions on this issue for reminders as to any outcome and discussion. Thats fine I am trying to assist you in that regard. For me to do that I need to pull up any discussion we have had and that means searching through 11000 helpdesk emails. This is why I was asking what the email was you sent us from. I found it and it was the admin email from the site me are discussing. admin at site dot net.

Now please resend the admin login and ftp as the ones in the email I found from a couple weeks ago are not valid any longer for me to assist you. I tried the info I found and it does not work.

One thing to try and do is run the install script and select the option to rebuild the data cache. Lets see what that does.

I went ahead and ran the install script and selected to rebuild data cache to no avial. Then, as I stated above I had 4 images that each claimed to have over 2,000,000,000 yes that 2 billion replies which I think we can all agree that is not possible and deleted them I then went into the cp and updated all the counters and that seemed to have fixed the problem, all seems to be working as designed now.

Not a problem yeah I would have liked to see the actual comments table in the database. Something definately whacky on those 4 images for sure.

The misaligned data must have been physically stored in the images table under the number of comments per photo on the posts column in images table. That is why none of the rebuilds functions worked.
