How do I call specific photo to the forum header or navbar to be the photo of the day choosen by me as( an Admin) ??

You might need to search the modification forums for such a mod. There is no ability to do that in the normal product.

I searched and found for RSS and POTD(pic of the day ) which creates a thread :P...
so I need a simple thing ,,, is to put a pic in Header or navbar template by a variable or anything.. (thumbnail of course ) ....
