How do I put Banners on all Gallery Pages?

I use GAB banner system, but I imagine this may be similar to most banner systems. I have the variable for the header/marquee banner in my Header template, it appears on most pages and the index page of the gallery, but not in the independent gallery category pages or any level below the main gallery index. Any ideas, is there a global variable or something that I need to apply, I think that is how it was handled back when it was vBandvanced, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance for your time

All of the Above! LOL It installs as a plugin and then you insert in your templates hooks $GAB_ads[1] with the number refering to the Banner billboard which may have multiple actual banners.

In this case it is in the header template file so that it should show up on all pages or so I would have thought? Especially when you realize that my left side column and graphics are referenced in the header and footer templates and they show up on all pages, you would think the banner that is referenced in the header template would as well.
