Spam from Report this Image?

I am getting a lot of spammers now clicking the Report this Image drop-down. There doesn't seem to be a way to disable the reporting by user access level.

Oops, the link they are hitting is under "Image Tools" and they are selecting "Report to Moderator"

Zachariah,

I checked my misc.php and could not find a reference as mentioned. I am running PhotoPost vbGallery 2.1 if that helps. Do I need to upgrade?
