Edit Field Options

I know how to go into the AdminCP and make changes, but here's what I want to do:

There are currently 9 choices for the checkbox field called Angle:

1. Front
2. Front 3/4
3. Profile
4. Rear 3/4
5. Rear
6. Engine
7. Wheels/Tires
8. Interior
9. Emblems/Decals/Badges

I would like to reduce the number of options by combining Front, Front 3/4, Profile, Rear 3/4, and Rear into one all-inclusive "Exterior" option. How do I make this change to the 8000+ images that need updating?
