I have to moderate Posts from moderators iF they are member of another group

I have to moderate posts from moderators (moderate posts = NO) if they are member of another group, that need to moderated (moderate posts = YES).
Isnt't ist better to call the parameter "No moderation required" or something like that? Then I could set all parameters to "yes" for a membergroup.
Or is there another solution?
