In vbgallery we can change user group permission.For example user can upload image max 307200 mb etc.. (Total amount of space that a user's files may consume)

But ı want to give permission the user one by one.For example user xxx can upload max 700000kb user yyy can upload 900000kb etc... (not group member)

Is it possibility?

You can not do this unless you make whole new usergroups for each user you want to do this to and move them to this usergroup.
