smilies and bbcode in imagedescription on browseimages.php

Hi,

i recently upgraded from vbG 2.3 to 2.4.1 on vB 3.6.8pl2 and since then I'm missing the smilies and bbcode in the image description on browseimage.php. Just the unparsed codes show up.

I checked on the categories settings and they seem to be fine. Smilies enabled in all points. Templates reset to defaults.

As far as I've seen, all general options concerning smilies and bbcode are enabled.

bbcodes and smilies work fine, when changing to showimage.php.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

- I will have to look in on that it may have been removed on that instance for the load it caused on server resources.

Any news on this issue?

If the above statement is true, I have no probs communicating that to our users, but it would be great to know, if it's a problem in our gallery or a performance feature.
