How to move picture from place to other ?

Hello,
I have to category
1st one in a general and the 2nd is for each user in the forum same users upload personal picture in the general category ,So now i want to move this picture from the general to there own album.
How can i do this move ?
vbulletin 3.6.8
vBGallery 2.3

If you have a category's settings enabled:
- Act as Members' Category

Any image you move to that category will automatically be placed in a sub-category named after the user who uploaded the file.

Ok how can i move the picture ?
Do i need to download it to my pc and then upload it again ?
or there is another way ?

There are a few ways to move a photo.

1 image at a time:
While looking @ the images in the gallery there is a drop down tool bar.
- Image Tools
-- Edit Image
--- Image Options
---- Select Category (dropdown)
[save]

Mass Edit / Move:
AdminCP => vBGallery => Edit Categories
-- Locate the category with images
--- Select Mass Edit/Delete

Mass Move:
AdminCP => vBGallery => Mass Move
