Add a random picture to my index ?

Is there anyway i can add a module in my webpage index ?
not in the forum index i mean i my orginal web page index , and its a php templet so the index is php also.

No, I have a version I am working on.
- did you need user/usergroup permissions or something to show photos, links to image, choice of category, sort order ?

No untel now , some thing to show the thumbnails when the guest click on it it take him to the vbGalley that he must sign in or regist to see the normal picture !
