Member Gallery Question

I have my gallery set for users to upload to certain categories only and to not be able to create their own albums. It has been successful in that when a member uploads, they are able to choose a category as well as the photo automatically uploading to their member gallery.

That is successful until today. One of the users uploaded and I can see her photos in the most recent photos, and I can select one and I can see them in the specific categories. However, I can not view them as part of her member gallery. When you try to search for her member gallery, there is not one listed. From within the photos, you can click on her user name and get to her gallery but it does not show up in the member gallery listing.

What would cause that to happen all of sudden and how can I correct it?

Perhaps the image is "Awaiting Moderation" ?

I don't have it set to moderate images.

Anyone suggest how I get my question answered if customer support can't help me??

When you make a quick category search for media . These fields are searched in.
- Image Title
- Keywords
- Description

If you an advanced search you also have a choice to select "Posts" and any other "Custom Fields" that are created for the media.

Results are listed by what is found.

I have all the users's photos appearing in the member gallery, except one user. I believe it is because the photos are being re-ordered to suit the appropriate category.

I have the option set that all users photos appear in their members gallery, so why is this user not appearing. (you can go via their profile to find all their pics)

what do i have to do to get that user's pics showing up in the member's gallery

ahhh i think i worked it out, I got the user to post another pic, and that put it back
