Can some one please direct me to a manual.

Im having tons of issues with catagories, albums and mass image adding

Mass import of images.

Settings:
AdminCP => vBGallery => Modify Settings
- Title, URL's, & Paths
-- FTP User Folder Path
-- FTP User Folder URL

When you log into your web server via. FTP.
Please proceed to your "FTP User Folder".

Once there create a folder based on the userid of the person doing the mass import.

EX: On my site, I am user number 1.

After you create this folder make sure and CHMOD 777.
Upload your images to your new folder.

Now its time to import.
http://www.domain.com/gallery/upload.php

- Bulk Upload options
-- Upload From Server
[ X ] Upload files directly from the server
Files should be in: /home/public_html/gallery/users/1


If you have any other issue give a yell.

Ive done this and it only gets through the first couple of images before it locks up and stops processing.

Also, I have created a new category outside of the main category but I cant seem to make albums in it. Unless there is more than one place to set permissions I gave myself permissions.

I just looked and the folder I was trying to upload later was set at 755. I chaged it to 777 and ill try the mass upload again later.

Ok, a new one. What is the difference between categories nad albums? I thought Categories held the albums and albums hold the photos but it seems both albums and categories can hold photos?
