| Upload Error
I get this message when trying to upload. It worked earlier. No idea what to do so help! Quote: |

Well the error tells that the folder where your images are going to be stored is right protected.
Have you moved web servers or restored the site from backup ?
Try and CHMOD 777 your /gallery/files and all sub-folders.

It got fixed somehow at the time I made my first post in this thread, but now the problem is back and the folder "files" and all folders below it are allready CHMODDED to 777
Is there anything else that I can check ?

Take a look @ your php information on the server. Check to see if your server is in PHP safe mode.

no, my server and php runs normally.
I seen someone also gets error after they have uploaded a picture. They check the link and its invalid.
I tried with my own account and managed to upload successfully

Sorry to resurrect a semi dead thread, but I am having a similar problem to the one above.
I've checked my folder permissions and they are all CHMOD to 777, and the server PHP is not running in safe mode.
This is a new install on vb3.6.8 PL1
Any ideas?

- I have seen server that use that as a default read/write

Sorted. I'm embarrased to admit that I had the full path to the gallery wrong by one character.
