UPDATE: still a bit buggy on listing the sections in the navbar

It's the <base href="yourdomain" /> being added by vBSEO. Any ideas how to get that dropped?

not quite sure because i havent vbseo yet..
but i think you have to modify ALL links in your gallery templates from relative to absolute..

take a look at this thread.. its for zoints seo but it adresses a very similar problem.. look at the first reply by zacharias.. i think this might resolve your problem:

the way I have the code listed above works fine.

You just have to rename '/gallery' in the one rewrite to where you have vBgallery placed from the root of the site.

What I'm working on now is how to get the links in the nav bar to appear the same way they are listed in the galleries.

Subforums are no longer an issue.

I finally got photopost, classifieds and vbseo to work. vbseo does not rewrite the photopost and classifieds urls. They only rewrite the main forum.

When I first installed vbseo when photopost and classifieds was already installed, all of my links pointed to a page that didn't exist. Turning vbseo off would make everything work again.

It turned out that my hosting company needed to have mod_rewrite installed on my server. Once they did that, everything now works perfectly. vbseo rewrites my main forum and photopost and classifieds work off of their own rewrite system.

htaccess in your gallery folder:

Content visible to verified customers only.

you may need to change 'gallery' to your PP directory and ../vebseo.php if your gallery is not a subforum of your forums.
