Upload blank screen

I did see others post this, but wasn't sure if their problem was the same as mine.

I can upload a small image, but not sure what the deal is with a little bit bigger image? Is this due to the php limitations?

I set all max file sizes to 20 mbs for testing in the gallery admin, but still gives me that white page.

What is the:

PHP Max Post Size ?
PHP Maximum Upload Size ?

Also try and upload via FTP and import the file from the server vs. upload to see if that is a problem also.

Well, I have uploaded a smaller image ok and it works fine that way, but when uploading a bigger image, it gives me that blank screen on upload.php
