Can an uploaded file be reduced in size?

If a user uploads an extremely large image, can vBGallery resize it automatically?

If so, how is this done?

thanks.

Yes

AdminCP = > vBGallery => Allowed Filetypes

Maximum Filesize
2-5 megs

Limit:
Max Width:480
Max Height:640

This will reduce images to 640x480 and make the size smaller.

EX:

Upload image: 3136 x 2352 @ 1.62 MB
Result: 640 x 480 @ 55.71 KB
