Hi, by default the "Want to be notified by email when users post replies?" option is set to NO when users upload photos. How could I change this to default to YES? I can't find the option in admin

I'm running PhotoPost 5.3

Also, how can I change the already uploaded photos?

Hello there is no easy way to change already uploaded photos.

You can edit the uploadphoto template and find the notify select box and move the selected="selected" statement under the option for yes instead of under no like it is now. That will make it yes by default.
