question about license agreement?

I have one owned license which is on a live site- we're currently developing a new version of our site in a secure test environment (directory named testvb and password protected as well as not available to general public). I was wondering if Photopost has a similar policy as vbulletin with regards to running a second installation of single license within a secure testing environment?

vb's license agreement:
Quote:

If you have a valid licence, you may set up an additional test forum in order to test code, template and database modifications. To make this clear to us and our licence verification procedures, place it in a directory called 'testvb' and be sure to password protect it. It must not be accessible by the general public.
Is this allowed? Please advise, and thanks!

Your OK, and good to go for secure testing environment. :)
