Accessing the download area

I can access the forums but not the download area. How do I go about retrieving the software update for 3.5?

Yes, I did. I got an error message saying that I have an invalid username and password. Are the users who were imported in from VBGallery supposed to be able to automatically access the license area or is there extra steps?
