Promotions Help

Trying to make the gallery locked unless you have 5 or more posts. How can I do this with the promotions.

vBa Gallery >Usergroup Permissions > Registered Users > Everything Set to No.

I made a New Usergroup called "Picture Access" Made my setting the way I would like them. Then I made a "promotion" with the following setting.
Greater or equal to
Rep Level - 0
Days Registered - 1
Posts - 5
Promotion Strategy - Posts
Promotion Type - Additional Usergroup
Move User to Usergroup - Picture Access

Members are still able to access the gallery though. What am I missing ?

I have not tested out "Additional Usergroup" permissions yet.
- I'll test a few options and et back with you.

I have done a promotion and moved their primary group.

The steps you took so far look about right. Do you have a test account that's in the Registered group only that you were able to verify is still allowed into the gallery? I'm using promotions & groups on a couple of my sites to restrict some groups from being moderated or not and so far (knock on wood) it's working as expected.
