I have been a user since the original release of this project and have had great success.
However I have tried uploading a video that is .mov format with no luck. All other formats that I have uploaded work fine. Is there a compatability issue?
And yes, I added the extension in my admincp.

What type of error do you get? The error message will lead us to what's going on.

mholtum, I was trying to find that error message in the phrases to make sure which condition is leading to it.
Mind sending a copy of the .mov file to "kevin@photoshop.com" so I can take a look at it? It's either going to be a case of the "mov" extension not being added to the Gallery "Edit Filetypes" page or the file has a ".mov" extension but it's not really an "mov" file type.

Got the email.... will play around most likely in the morning. For today I've been swapped under in ASP.Net for the 'day job'.
