Adjusting Moderator Privelages

When I set the file uploads to moderated, where in the admin cp do I adjust the moderator and super moderator permissions to allow them to allow moderated posts to the gallery?

Usergroup Permissions:
vBa Gallery => Usergroup Permissions => Modify Permissions
- Choose your Usergroup



Per Catagory: (non-default setting)
vBa Gallery => Usergroup Permissions => Category Permissions
Select Category
- Choose the Usergroup
