Category Path during upload issue

I am trying to setup my gallery with multiple catagories and sub catagories up to 7 and 8 subcatagories deep but I am trying to restrict upload permissions to only certain catgories or (folders) but still have the "Path" show up in the catagory selection drop down menu when you upload your files.

I have attached a snap shot image to try and help explain what I am trying to do here and what I am trying to get the gallery to display to my members.

I am trying to get it to show the PATH so that my members can easily select WHERE they want their files to be uploaded , but I still want to be able to restrict them to be able to upload to only certain catagories or folders.

Its basically like the forum jump menu in VBulletin for the forums and Catagories.

How can I go about doing this in VB Gallery, and or Photo Post Pro as I own Licenses to both programs. I posted this here because I plan to use VB Gallery instead, but will either program do what I wanting to do?

Actually never mind, I figured it out.

All I have to do is tell is to not act as a catagory.

Ive done some testing and from what I can tell its doing what I want it to do.

I know this isnt Photo Post Pro area, but im trying to keep it together and not double post about the same thing.

But will Photo Post Pro allow me to disable a catagory to not act like a forum and be a catagory that you cant upload to?

So far I have not had any luck finding away in the control panel.
