Password required to upload to my albums?

After I make my albums private, I then go to upload some images, a box pops up asking me for a password. I typed in all the passwords I have but nothing works. Where do I get the correct password?

Have any of you tried with the 1.0.2 release? (Before I tear apart the code there is a chance that it was fixed with the 1.0.2 release.)
