Removing Bulk Upload options

How do I remove these on upload.php? Not only is it not used, I don't want the path to the forums publicly displayed.

Go to the Admin-CP - Usergroup Permissions

Select Usergroup

Select "no" at the upload option field "Can upload images directly from server"

As MikeK said, the answer is with the usergroups. If the usergroup does not have permissions to use the server upload option then the option on the upload screen does not appear. Usually on my sites I disable the option for all usersgroups except admins.
