User categories showing up in main site? ArG!

I am not really sure what is going on here. I have a user on my gallery who wanted to make a few of his own categories so he could separate his photos. He made 4 categories. Well now when ANYONE goes to submit a pic all of his categories show up in the main drop down menu...something I really dont want. Is there an easy way to remedy this? Here are a few screenshots so you can understand what I mean...

Here is the guy who made his own categories:

And on the main site ( http://www.jerzeedevil.com/gallery ), if you click the "upload" button, all of his categories show up.

Is there any way to fix this or am I going to have to take away their ability to make their own categories.

I appreciate the help, I am used to coppermine and this software is a bit more...um...feature intese.

In the main settings of the Gallery AdminCP, at the very bottom, look for:

Options Settings
Here you may choose a default for each option with user created categories, or set it to allow the user to choose.

Make sure the Allow Upload option is NO if you don't want them to have the option of creating categories that other users can upload into.



To fix the ones that they already created, edit them in the Edit Categories section and change this option to NO:

Allow Other Users to Upload to Category
