Cant post reply to images

even after few days of tryin my mebers are still not ablre to post a reply to images and i have no idea why when i post reply is showin like posting but post never come up
can anyone help

i forget to say all pix are waiting for moderating but i dont want that and cant find setting to turn off

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Usergroup Permissions => {select group} => Moderate This Group's Images/Posts
