How do I add a link in this location...

I have attached a pic with what I am trying to do..

I want to add alink where the red arrow is. The link will go to a forum post on how to create catagories and upload pics.

For vBa Gallery you'll want to modify the template "adv_gallery_navbar" and for link "adv_links_navbar" is the template.
