Usergroup Posting Limits question

Is there a way to specify a certain category to NOT count against a usergroup posting limit? For example, I want to allow a usergroup to be able to upload unlimited files to a certain category, and not have those files be counted against their overall storage limit. How would this be achieved?

If you search through the forums here I'm pretty sure instructions on how to do this have been posted.
