I was wondering if there is a way to rename the uploaded files automatically before posting them???

if there is can someone point it out for me please?:o

Can you elaborate a little on exactly what you're trying to do?

well, here is an example ...

lets say you have a picture that is called pic.jpg when you upload it it will also be uploaded as pic.jpg

is there a way to change its name when uploaded .. which means ..

before uploading --> pic.jpg
after uploading ---> yoursitesname_1.jpg

where the number 1 will be increased by 1 for each other picture uploaded

and (yoursitesname) can be any other name you choose

I'm sure something like that could be done by hacking the files, but there is no default option for something like that.
