How to enable cusotm iamge title displayed with thumbnails?

I dont want filetitle to be displayed with image thumbnails, i want to display the title that users specify themselves when uploading pics. How do I do that? Also how do you get rid of keywords function all together (users do not fill them in anyways)?

If a user enters a title for the image then that will be displayed. Otherwise the image will use the filename for it's title.
As for the keywords, about the only way to remove those would be to edit the various templates that they appear in and remove the code for them.
