Make "send e-card" a link on top bar

Can anyone tell me how to make the "send as e-card" link available as a main link like "Rate Image" and "Image Tools" (showing right next to "Image Tools") instead of being a sub-category link of image tools?

I think it's a great feature to get more visitors to your site and I want to highlight it instead of hiding it.
