| Display Members Gallery as a Gallery, not a list?
This was a feature in Photopost that we used, as our members didn't like the list format of the member gallery. How can we go about achieving this with vBa Gallery?

Can you elaborate a little? It's been quite a while since I've even looked at PhotoPost, so I'm not sure how their stuff works these days.

So, Photopost has an option to display the Member gallery in list format (like vBa Gallery does), or they give you the option to display the Member gallery like all the other gallery categories (as thumbnails). Does this make sense?

It would appear the Members gallery category uses a different template than the other categories - it appears it's the same template as the index page. I'm assuming if I find the code that calls for that template that I can just change it to display the same as the other categories?
Basically, I'm trying to get the member gallery to function as a regular gallery with thumbnails, yet only show the last photo uploaded by each member. Once the user clicks on a thumbnail, they're taken to the members' gallery. I'd like to be able to sort the members gallery by views, latest upload, and by best rated.

Sorry, but currently there is not an option for something like that. They both use the same template, so I'm not sure how easy it would be to modify the template for just members' categories.

If they use the same template, why are member galleries displayed like forum categories (with text), where other gallery categories are displayed with thumbnails? It looks like the members gallery uses the adv_gallery template where the other galleries use the adv_gallery_browseimages template.

How about this - is there a way to show ALL photos from ALL categories, and order them by date uploaded, most views, and best rated? If that's easier, we could just do that.

You may be confusing the 'Category Image' option with a thumbnail though. Quote: |

| There's the "What's New" and "What's Popluar" sections.
