German phrases

Hi,

I am searching for the german phrases for vBGallery 1.0.1 vb 3.5

Does anyone have this already?

Uuuups - this means there is no German version yet? Uiuuii - a lot of work.

BTW - I am not familiar what exactly can be done with phrases in vba gallery. If there would be German phrases for vba gallery - then users would be able to select their language as it is possible in vb?

I translated vB Links 1.0.1 and I am currently working on vB Gallery 1.0.1 for vB 3.5.

If someone tells me how to extract this translations and create a german phrase file I can upload this here.

No I will not do this.
Problem is that you cannot extract only the phrases from those hacks.
You have to export the whole language and selectivly kill all phrases which are not belonging to the vBGallery or vBLinks System.
Then you rewrite it so that others can upload it.

Its a lot of work and I heard that the vBAdvanced guys don't like it if someone offers language packs to their scripts.
So I decided not to create one.

I send my german language file to a guy at http://www.vbhacks-germany.com/ who will make this work.
Try the search function there, I am sure you will find the thread fast.

Where did you hear that? We have no problem with people posting the translated phrases. In fact, I'd love it if there were a few more people who could post some. The only time we've had a problem with someone translating our products is when they posted all of the files instead of just posting an xml file with the phrases.
