Remove Last Post And Moderator Block
where/how do I remove the 'last post' and moderator block from my main gallery page? to make it less cluttered?

You would need to edit your ADV_GALLERY template to remove the parts in the table there, then edit your adv_gallery_categorybit_level1 and level2 templates to remove the rest of the code from there.
