Adding content on specific galleries
 

What is the best way to add content on specific gallary? I know how to add contect to specific forums, but I don't know how to do it for specific galleries. For instance, I want to add this banner to show up:

On this gallery just under the navbar:

http://forums.usfkclassifieds.com/ga...mages.php?c=18

I know the gallery ID is 18, so there must be an IF code out there. For instance, I am using this code for the forums:
