Members' Category and permission

Is it possible to have Member's Category Permissions configured so that every member can see only its own folder and not other members one?

Currently the only way would be to set up a members' category, allow users to create new categories under the members' category, and then they can set the 'Allow other users to view category' option to 'No'.
