Users Limited to One Category

Sorry I know this question has to be here somewhere.

I want to disable the option or ability for users to create categories - I want them to upload into either:

1) the categories I created
2) a default member category - still giving them their default subcategory

Is this possible. Thanks

Edit the usergroup permissions in the Gallery AdminCP and you can remove their ability to create sub-cats.
