Gallery on different URL to forum

Sort of asked this in pre sales but did not fully understand the response. Now got a licence so I can do things :)

My forums are running on forums.mydomain.com and I would like the gallery to run on files.mydomain.com. Both sites reside physically on the same server so sharing of the database is not an issue. Not to worried about the admin functions being intergrated.

Do I need any additional files copied into the folder structure of the gallery site for things to work?

Nope, the install should be exactly the same on a sub-domain. The only issue I can think of that you may run into would be one with cookies. If you have problems logging in/out from the gallery though just check the FAQ forum on the main forum page.

Thanks I will give it another go - failed on my first attempt was having problems with it finding various include files
