registered users are posting comments on pictures and the system is allowing them without moderation, even though i have the permissions set for them to be moderated.

how do i fix this?

Are they members of any secondary groups that could be interfering?

You also may want to check your Category Permissions section and make sure that you haven't customized those settings in that category.

not very cool when someone posts all this negative stuff about images...
bums everyone out and makes so much extra work for me to have to look at the ALL every day and delete the trash.

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Usergroup Permissions => {select group} => Moderate this group's posts

That option is set to 'Yes' for the group you're having the problem with? If so, please submit a support ticket and I'll take a look and see what the problem is.

just looked and again, i have to sift through, one by one, every picture in the gallery to delete comments being posted by registered users...takes about an extra hour out of every single day.
